"Parts of the north east Norfolk coastline are relatively free of human disturbance allowing colonies of Grey Seal to haul out on the sandy beaches. This particular area of shoreline held over a hundred individuals, which could be observed undisturbed from the nearby dunes, carrying out their normal behaviour. In water, grey seals are very inquisitive, whereas On land grey seals are relatively wary animals. This photograph shows a seal coming ashore alert to any nearby dangers." |
