"The tide was advancing quite quickly up the beach on this particular evening. With a relatively small area, close to the tide line, available for optimum photographic results; I constantly had to reposition myself to keep up with the tide. This gave me very little time in order to compose any shot before I had to retreat further up the beach. This particular shot was taken with a short exposure, which was just long enough to catch the pleasing effect of the sea water as it swirled around the closer boulders in the foreground." |
